Closing my R1000Pm contract because MTN stole R45.45 and wont give it back.
Your Gamer+ service got activated without my consent on the 13th of February 2020 I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANY SERVICE. Your call center says they cannot refund the money you stole from my account.
I got a message on the 13th saying I have earned free cake crushes that will expire at 23:59 the message was blocked as spam. The message repeated on the 13th and was also blocked as spam.
However at 17:11:13 the MTN Gamer+ service activated on my phone. at this time I was driving from four ways to randburg as confirmed by google maps. as such I do not use my phone and sure as hell don't play games.
You Stole R45.45 from my account without consent and your helpdesk did not see anything wrong with me canceling my R980pm contract due for expiry on the 19th of march becuse you wont give me the money you stole back
I tent to agree with him if you think the R45.45 is more important than me getting the S20 Ultra on order from Monica Pjetge at Nothgate MTN. Maybe we should part ways.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THE END
I want my R45.45 airtime back or I will not renew my contract that is due for renewal now. I have proof I was driving and not using my phone at the time. There are 100 complaints on HelloPeter exactly almost to the word like mine these are the ones that have realized and done something about it. YOU ARE AT FAULT HERE.
The fact that you would rather take R45 over the continued support of a customer that has paid you more than R90 000.00 over the last decade in subscription shows how much you must be *****ing from your customers and getting away with to make it more worthwhile to take that over the continued support of your customers.
PAY BACK THE MONEY.
