Closed MTN contract still debited.

I am really frustrated with MTN. It is very simple and easy to take on a new contract, but extremely difficult to get my contract cancelled. It's not like I defaulted on my contract. It has came to an end.

I went to the branch in Springs Mall almost three times to get it cancelled. I was told to come cancel in in April 2026, because that is when my contract will be ending. I went to the branch on April 2026 again and I was told they don't cancel contracts at the branch I should call. I spend my airtime on the call holding for over 30min and finally got to cancel it.

I was told it will take 20days which the last debit will got through of April. Now it is May and they debited again!!! Like what the hell!!!

Now I should send more airtime and wait again for over 30min to cancel what I had already cancelled. This is Crazy. I regret ever taking this stupid contact with MTN and this is definitely my last and will stop anyone close to me from taking a contract with them.
