Closed mtn call centre
I have paid my contract account and for the past 2 days have been calling Mtn call centre in vain. All I get is that the call centre is closed. My phone is blocked. I can't even receive calls. This is really frustrating. The service is not worth the money. The only way to unblock my phone is to call the call centre. So if it's closed what am I supposed to do? Mtn service is getting worse by the day. It doesn't deserve a star at all

12 Jul 2021, 21:59Mtn service really sucks. The whole day today called the call centre again in vain. My phone is still blocked yet mtn has my money. This is unfair and scrupulous. Am not getting any service yet I have paid for it. Mtn is champion of the worst service
