Closed contract still continues
I've closed my contract last month ,I even phoned them to tell them I'm not renewing it.today I found out they haven't closed it I've received the package again meaning they going to deduct. kindly assist me

27 Jul 2020, 09:24I've received the same package again today after I've requested that my contract should be closed...now I have to pay for it please take it back because I don't have that money...you promised to close it but it's still active please stop it.!
