I had an mtn cellphone account which I cancelled a year ago, all of a sudden mtn is threatening me with lawyers. They say I am owing the money while I have closed and cancell my account at the mtn store in giyani, I never used the sim card ever again after that day. Mtn must stop taking advantage of its customers.

We do not have a cancellation request for your line, therefore the the debit orders were being submitted monthly which resulted in returned debit orders on the account. The account was handed over to the legal department due to non-payment of the monthly subscriptions.
