Closed account 13/9/2015 constant attorney legal threats
<p>I closed my account 13/9/2015, after numerous legal action threats against me from various attorneys for an overdue account. Everytime I have to send all the correspondence of letter of termination of contract, MTN reply confirming the cancellation date including the account proving the balance 0 & nothing outstanding. It is reaching 2 years now & everytime I receive a reply from the attorney that the matter is closed to avoid legal action from me, then not a month or so goes by for the same repeat. These companies black list one for false accusations. Legal action will be taken & fully enforced if I ever find I'm black listed.</p>

This issue has still not been resolved as they now argue I did not cancel contract in time, when I have proof it was cancelled 12 months in advance & then again a month before, with proof from MTN when it was cancelled including the account from MTN no outstanding balance & previous attorney stated case closed due to account paid now. Now issues with new attorney, until I take this further again to take legal action, then suddenly only miraculously no issue & resolved. Warning to NOT take contract out or do any business with MTN, as I cancelled contract 12 months before 2 year ended & did not continue a new contract due to too many numerous issues every single month!
