Close The account, I don’t owe you!!!!!!

I have been telling you guys to cancel my account but you keep changing me for services I don’t even have. I paid of your money last year after you had handed it over for debt collection and asked for this account to be closed. Today I wake up to an email saying I owe R2800 that I don’t even know where it comes from. Cancel this account before i sue you for defamation, because you’re negatively impacting my credit score. Close it immediately and FYI, I’m not paying that money. I can’t be out here working hard and you just want me to subsidise you.
