Cliq5 Bundles

Mtn launched a promotion called cliq5 bundles, allowing you to talk at highly reduced rates to other MTN subscribers. However the bundle promotion was only valid from 28 July to 31 October 2014. Even after this period I was able to make use of the bundle purchase until Monday 26 January 2015.<br> <br> HERE IS THE PROBLEM:<br> <br> Since Monday I have been purchasing Cliq5 bundles, which are STILL AVAILABLE ON THE MTN MENU FOR PURCHASE, THE MONEY IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT THE BUNDLES ARE NOT LOADED, SO MTN IS JUST CASHING IN ON EVERYONE WHO IS BUYING BUNDLES WITHOUT GIVING THEM WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR. *******! <br> HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO CONTACT MY MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOW!! MTN RATES ARE RIDICULOUS AND I SIMPLY CAN'T AFFORD IT NOW!<br> <br> Every cellphone network has voice bundles for frequently dialed numbers on the same network EXCEPT MTN who has now discontinued their promotion after a few months! RIDICULOUS!!!<br> <br> My five family members and I, that were registered on the Cliq5 bundles will now MOVE OVER to Telkom Mobile Sim-Sonke promotion WHO OFFERS UNLIMITED CALLS to any other Telkom Mobile users for 7 days at only R20 for the entire week, per week! WITHOUT EXPIRING!!!! NOW THIS IS A PROPER OFFER!!
