Clients left in the dark

Good day My name is sifiso mahoa, last week Friday, i app**** for an mtn cell phone contract, I was told that it was approved, today I have contacted MTN nearly 10 times, each consultant gives a different story. I specifically gave them my work contact details to get in touch with me on, I have no clue when my device would be delivered or what's holding up the delivery. Each person I spoke to today promised to call me back, no one has done so, iam new to MTN yet am already regretting my decision based on the service I have received.
