Clients being misled

I was able to upgrade to a Samsung A35

I was supposed to get a R2000 samsung online store voucher with the contract

This is not what I received

I got a (20%) R300 off when I buy for R1500 and then 15% or 20% off for other brands such a diesel and other clothes brands

And then I have to buy for R1000 or R1500 at each company

I do not want clothes and I do not have money to buy to qualify for the discount

This is unacceptable

After my bad experience with the A15 phone where I was promised to get a bluetooth speaker and R250 takealot voucher and did not get it

Then being sent from pillar to post and not even the MTN complaints manager has assisted me
