Client services a DISGUST
I got a call from MTN on a promotion - Natasha the agent which called me tells me what I will all get. Then continues to tell me that this will start next month. I didn't even agree to it or say I wanted it. I said I don't even know how much this cost. She was so ****y, she tells me she did and I wasn't listening properly - after-which she just slammed the phone down. This is **** customer service to say the least. <br> <br> I better not be getting billed for this ****!!!
