I bought a phone from the clear water MTN in June 2015. Had a problem with the phone,came to MTN clear waters and they told me that it would take three working days to get it to Midrand repair centre, i ended up taking the phone myself and then i was not told what is wrong the phone but i must go back to clear waters to get a new phone. Tuesday the 10/11/15 i went to clear waters in the morning,the lady said they only have stock in eastgate so they will have it delivered to clear waters. I know JHB very well and eastgate is not a day or two days away from clearwaters. My phone has been off since MONDAY and i run my own business.<br> <br> I was not even offered a loan phone. There is just no urgency but bet you if one payment should be missed,MTN will be on the phone. This is very sad client service
