Last night I called MTN to complain about my migration from contract to prepaid which I have been trying to do for the past 3 weeks. I was mad as hell because now they also deducted an installment from my account. On my initial call with them, I was told it takes 2 to 24 hrs for the migration to happen but nothing happened till now. The lady that attended to me was so nice and the client service was great. she made me forget how angry i was as she explained why the delay, bravo to you lady. There are a few like you. Hope your bosses notice. Its a pity I forgot who your name is. I think its Zandile or Ziyanda. As for MTN....
