"Client has judgement on credit bureau profile" - What TF are you talking about?

Today, the 04/12/2020, your Credit Vetting department DECLINED my application for an additional SIM with reason "Client has judgement on credit bureau profile". I asked the consultant at the MTN outlet in the Cresta Shopping Centre to call the Vetting department in order to obtain more information. Credit Vetting refused to provide any further details and told the consultant to informed me to check my credit profile on www.splendid.co.za so I did and this is what I found: No. of Accounts in Bad Standing - NIL; No. of Accounts in Good Standing - 2; Total Arrears Amount - NIL; New Accounts Opened - NIL; Adverse Listings - NIL. I then ALSO purchased my Credit Report from TrransUnion and this is what Transunion reflects: "You do not have any judgments". So, MTN, tell me how exactly you decline an application based on adverse information which you claim exists on my credit profile yet I can NOT find any adverse information whatsoever. Are you even sourcing and translating the information correctly? WHERE EXACTLY ARE THESE JUDGEMENTS??? There are no judgements against my name as far as what I can tell from buying my own personal credit profile so where TF are you finding this adverse information? It's my credit profile and it's my application which you declined so surely, at the very least, you can tell me what this so-called judgement is for. I cannot see anything on the bureaus.
