CLIENT ABUSE!! UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT!

I am SO DISAPPOINTED and upset at how MTN Pavilion treated me today (9/11/2023). I had some business to do with my banking only to find out that they (MTN) didn't clear a payment from 2016 that was settled and now it's a hindrance to what i'm trying to achieve. I went there after leaving the bank and I was made to WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!! I eventually left very upset. I have been a loyal MTN customer for YEARS only to be treated this way. I DON'T OWE ANYTHING! MY CONTRACT FINISHED AND FROM THEN ON, I BOUGHT MY PHONE CASH! Please remove or clear this mistake from the credit bureau because i'm on a stand still! #upsetcustomer #unfairtreatment #movingtoanothernetwork
