Cleary Park Branch Service is the worst

I just received the worst service at Cleary Park Branch by a consultant named Althea. I was in for a payment and to fix my debit order. She took my ID and proceeded to ‘help me’ her phone rang and she decided to answer and went on for a while after concluding she continued on her PC blatantly ignoring me. 20 minutes later i reminded her that im on lunch and she asked i wait. Another 10 minutes later or so i ask what is the hold up and she proceeds to speak to her colleagues in Afrikaans. Another lady eventually comes to intervene and im told to give her my ID number again. At this point im fed up and my lunch hour is over and had to leave. I spent over 30 minutes in a store with no clients when i walked in and was not assisted. Althea is definitely not a MTN ambassador she has no respect for people and time.
