Clear my name

I have an amount of R2800 that appears on my Credit Score, and it says its from MTN. I do not have a contract with MTN, so I was shocked to see this. On the 19 June 2024 @6:29 am, I sent them an email , asking them to send me a bank account where I can pay this amount and clear my credit score. I got no response from them.

Again on the 26 June @14:07 p.m. I resent the email, and I still not receive any response from them.

Firstly I want to know what the R2800 is for, as I do not have any contact with MTN, I just want this off my credit score.

Imagine my credit score being ruined by a lousy R2800.
