Claw back fee charged
At the beginning of April I went into the Fourways Mall branch of MTN to collect my upgrade and signed an encyclopaedia of documents on which in one spot it clearly said \claw back fee - R0.00"and what do I find deducted from my account but a \""claw back fee\""of R2 052!!!! Now after waiting 30 odd minutes to have my call answered on their 808 number they have lodged a \""dispute\"" for me and then we'll \""take it from there\""!!! That's MY money that YOU"
