CLAUDE IS AN ASSET

I would just like to mention a real asset that you have in your company. I have been dealing with Claude Tyeku for a number of years now.

I first met Claude at the MTN Clearwater store and he assisted me with a contract. He gave me his personal details and since then every time I ever needed anything I would call on Claude to assist. He has now moved to another store but as usual I need to move another number from a different network provider to MTN and called on Claude, him and another colleague Isobel Mathatsie assisted over phone calls and email and he then arranged for my new device to be delivered to the store closest to me. All of this is way above and beyond of what is expected. The service is completely mind blowing and it is not even what is required. People are generally quick to moan but I wanted to take time to make a special mention of Claude and what he has done to go above and beyond the call of duty when it wasn't even required.

Claude deserves a medal for the way in which he has handled a client and not just for one day but over a period of a few years.
