CLARIFICATION REQUIRED
Good Day, There are 3 things I would like to query on my account. What are the following charges: Packet Switched data calls, Promo Service fee and then lastly Content Charge (got no idea what this content charge is for.) Feedback will be highly appreciated.

Packet Switch Data Calls is internet charges for usage above your allocated data bundle (if you have one loaded). The Promo Fee is the charge for the device you are using divided into 24 months. Content Charges are charges for third party subscriptions.
