Claiming Insurance over 4 month

Hi<br> <br> My phone was damaged and i tried to claim from MTn insurance with no luck. I send them countless email with no replies. tried to call them but you just end up on hold for hours untill the phone disconnects you.<br> After 2 month of constant trying they called me, but then told me they dont have loan phones.<br> <br> 4 month later im still waiting with a half functional phone but no luck but no service at all. Ive been emailing every 2 weeks almost, ive given up on trying to call.
