CLAIM REJECTED OVER SIM CARD.

I lost my tablet and lodged a claim with mtn insurance .to my suprise the calim was rejected because they are saying I was using a different sim card on the phone. But I was usingthe sim card that I took the contract with. I really dont see a point in insuring with mtn when they are going to rob us in day light and suprisingly the immediately cancelled the insurane before the issie was resolved. Its diffult to get hold of them as their call center numbers are never answered and they respond to emails after over 1 week. Even their underwriter's email is not working. So there is no one who can give you answers.
