Claim rejected due to staff giving wrong info

I feel an damaged my Iphone 6 on 12 June 2015, I called MTN call centre 12 times and was on hold for 30 to 1:30 hours then call got cut in 3.5 weeks before someone answered the call. On the 7 or 8 July 2015 someone finally answer my call. I asked told them my phone got damaged and I wanted to know what is the process to getting it repair.<br> <br> The call centre agent advised me to fill out a claim form on the website indicating the date that I spoke to her on the claim form. I also removed the sim card after the incident and inserted it into my samsung galaxy tablet which I also bought from MTN.
