Claim of damaged phone
<p>Hi am Matamela, I joined MTN insurance in April, on August I went an MTN store to make my claim , it got processed and they gave a reference number , I have been making follow ups since , my phone is still not fixed , When I call them on this number : ********** , they put me through to a consultant and no one answers , When I went to an MTN store they insurance people answered and told me my phone will be fetched in less than 7 days , today is the 16th of December and my phone is still not fetched and the MTN insurance courier haven't contacted me on when my phone will be fetched </p>
