Claim not paid

MTN insurance is worst company ever. Spoke to a consultant by the name of Kenneth King from pinnacle marketing. They don't want yo entertain my moms claim for a ****** phone because of a sim card that was changed. I don't understand how a ****** phone claim links with the sim card change. I so angry at its not funny. I don't see any materiality of sim card change to the claim at hand. How stupid do these people think we are. I will be taking it up with the ombudsman. Mtn you haven't heard the end on this. You will pay the claim out.
