Claim not attended

My phone fell and was damaged. I went to report it at The Glen Mtn shop on 15 April 2015 and i was told that MTN insurance would contact me within 5 days. ***. Apparently no one callled me. I tried their call centre on *** and their Head Office on *** and as usual couldnt go through.<br> <br> On 28/04/2015, i made another follow up with insurance queries and i got an automated response telling me that they will attend to my query within 5 days. ***. Upto now, no-one has since contacted me to arrange for the collection of my phone. it makes me wonder if its worth it to cover with MTN insurance. Im very frustrated.
