claim for lost phone

<p>My cellphone got lost in december nd i reported immediatly to mtn shop nd i dd a follow up in january nd ddnt get any respond and i was follow up until they told me that they ddint get my documents nd i went back to the shop and the sales man show me that he did send the documents nd he resend them again. They finally said they received the document i must wait ,they are still assessing the claim. They send me the claim no and said the consultant will call me but no one phoned me... i phoned them and the lady (Jabulile)tells me that mtn must write a motivation that i reported on time while all the dates are there on the documents to show when i reported.</p>
