CLAIM

First week of November I lost my phone and I went to the to branch to report and claim for another phone and they told me to submit the documents via the email and gave me another number to call to till today I haven't receive any response about my claim and when I call to that number no agent pick up my call. I went to the branch again they said there is nothing they can do I must call to that number everyday .
