Claim
I have lodged a claim for repairs of a cellphone with them last year September. This claim has not been settled yet. Send numerous mails, left messages and tried calling. The one number is not working and the other number they put you on hold for almost an hour! Can not even cancel the insurance as I cannot get hold of them!!
