Chow data but no service

On the 21 st during midday i couldnt access any website... not due to me not have data... i checked my balance that day and it still showed a good amount of data leff... and was not due to my fault... the cellphone could not access any network... so becouse of your ****ty network i couldnt access any system, couldnt even google a uber phone number making me miss my drs appointment. Now you have the cheek to tell me , even though you couldn't access any website we still chowed your data i think you should refund me .
