Cheating, lying **********

I have 3 contacts with mtn, last month they called my wife to cheat her in the a new package migration. They said there will be no charges, then my wife told them she is also not the account holder, they told her don't worry its free. This month came and on the Bill there is a migration fee of a R1700. MTN is the worst, they lie and they cheat. I have made several calls no one want to help they will escalate to someone who never comes back. They I send a mail to thier ***** department, no return and no response. MTN will not get 1c out of me
