Cheating Day light *******, *****ing from the poor

Bought a phone from Jet Maponya an MTN Alcatel end of July 2days later phone didnt want to charge took it back to Jet and they gave e me another charger, within a week the phone disnt want to switch on put back in the box with the slip and took it in for repaiirs phone was booked in the lady helping me phone the slip and gave me a copy, 3weeks went bu then i foned MTN to hear about the progress only to be told the fone was quatated R1200 reason being they didnt get a slip as proof that the phone still has warranty mind you the fone was R420 now how the hell can i be quoted 3times more spoke to a lady Nozipho who made it clear to me that they wont fix my phone and am not gonna get it back unless i pay, even though i told her she was talking nonsense cos i stil have the copy i can fax it as proof now her answer was that they dont accept a slip alone it was suppose to come with the phone, went to Jet and there the lady helping foned and told them but still they dont want to hear a thing meaning now i gave mtn money for free since they have my fone and they not willing to fix it nor give it back I am so ****ed with these people never in my life will i buy anything from them they are ju
