Cheating consultant
My wife upgraded her contract with MTN in Greenacres and chose the Z3 on a My Choice TopUp100 which should come to R189 per month. The first billing amount came to R299 which was not agreed on. When my wife went to the consultant Warren Potgieter to query the amount, he just states that it is the amount which she has to pay. The agreement has no amounts filled in on the document which is highly unusual in itself. I'm terribly disappointed that a representative of this company would be this dishonest in conducting the affairs of MTN.
