when i took out a cellphone contract with MTN this october i received a 30 gig free data from the as per there promotion and the 30 gig would be spand out through three months. well i received the first twenty(in oct and nov) but when december came nothing. the month is nearly over and still no response from them.<br> so i decided to call the service center but all i received was that problem will be sent to IT or something and that it will be rectified. and this was on 14 of dec. i was told MTN sucks when it comes to service but this is ridiculous,i pay my contract on time, is this what i am paying for? <br> i am really starting to think about moving when a simple thing as a notification of saying we are working on it is not given.
