Cheated byMTN international data roaming services
I bought 500 mb of data worth R105 on 25 Nov 2015, intending to use it for international data roaming while in Zimbabwe.
A week later, while in Zimbabwe, when I couldn't get a service, I bought an additional 400 mb additional data worth R110, thinking that I had run out, hoping that this would restore my data service.

however on checking my balance, I realised that when surfing the internet, my airtime was being depleted, instead of data.
On return to South Africa on 14 December, I requested that 900mb of data be converted back to airtime, as I no longer needed, I have Wi-Fi at home and at work.
MTN chose to only refund me R50 airtime, claiming that's the value of depleted airtime I had used while away.
It is not my fault that their technical service does not function as it should.
I bought the data worth more than R200 in good faith, wanting to use it while outside the country. Now I am being penalised for their inefficiency. I do not need the 900 mb data, and I know it will expire before I use it up.
please can MTN refund my money.
Disappointed and cheated customer
Helen Mkudu
