Cheated by mtn again
Once again, I feel cheated by MTN over its data offerings. Last year, I had to fight for a R3k refund.<br> Despite using my points and getting promotional data and noticing that i had not gone over my data bundle limits, I am getting billed R1k more than i should.<br> Last year, it took me 3 months to sort it out.<br> Come on MTN - i have been a loyal customer for years. Stop with this exploitation.

Kindly note that the package option you are on allows you to set a Subscriber Usage Limit (SUL), to an amount that suits you best. To set the SUL you can dial *141*5#, option 1.
