chasing away loyal clients

I was billed R1800 on my account normal R109.65 and R420 on contracts pm. I inquired about getting billed on a R420 account R495 and it was promised to be rectified which did not happen. Previous complaint was logged onto Hellopeter. I'm very upset to this service. I'm told that the internet stick is an open line while I pay for 2 gigs every month and suddenly my account is R1237. Where did this come from???? I will reverse it via my bank and will not be liable for any costs. You are chasing a loyal client away and have bad trained consultants who do not know how to explain and will not transfer you to a supervisor when requested even if you're told he starts at 06h00., causing me to swear and loose my mind.
