Chased out of the store

MTN has really outdone themselves Before my report from Friday 19th June 2015 was even responded to I had the privilege of dealing with one of MTN's egotistical, narcissistic manager at Megacity Mohhammed. I went there to ask about the sudden bill (previous report) , i spoke to a lady called Dudu she told i should go to a walk in MTN of which i didn't understand why cause i had gotten my contract there why couldn't they help me with the issue . She then went to say ti should call in 808 which has been out of use for over 3 months , the same 808 i was told to call to block my ****** phone and couldn't get through, the same 808 i was told to call when my contract ended(14th April) to terminate it at Musgrave . I told Dudu to contact the head office directly as my many attempts failed. That's when the joke for manager Mohammed told her to stop what she was doing and ordered another guy to take me the '****' out of his store as i wasn't welcomed, without trying to explain jack **** and i had to ask for my i.d from him.Now i get a response that my balance is no longer R1002 ITS R402.88 FOR WHAT???I guess Mtn has resorted to loan shark tendencies disgusted!!!!!
