We would like to thank Charlotte Mangwane for her excellent service during the online upgrade process. Even though she was feeling under the weather, she really went out of her way to accommodate us in every aspect.

She got our account unblocked (which we battled to do for six years!), arranged the upgrade and scheduled the delivery.
