charing phone dameged

i never thought that mtn wil ignore they customer like this hence we supported them buying a phone with mtn network aftr that they dnt even boder to contact us or give us feedback all they know is to stick on their words i wonder ppl who are using mtn how are u feeling to use this network while they treat us like **** we bought the phone it was on the charger it burnd while it was charging now they tel.us it was liquid damaged how can it b liquid damaged while it was damaged while it was charging.....keep on riping ur customers its fine...the business is growing because off us but you mtn treat us like ****
