Charging of MTN account despite cancellation of contract

I cancelled my son's MTN contract and have proof to this effect; however, MTN continued to debit my account for this contract for a number of years despite my continuous complaints in this regard.

MTN has ********ly taken around R3 000 from my account for a service that was not provided and a contract that was legitimately cancelled.
