Charging me fees for something that i cant even use

If the was a no star option i would rate it! Pathetic service... I spoke to an consultant on the 05/05/2020 was told i can expect a call the next day from Head Office because they couldn't assist me.. Do you not have a SLA?? The usual turnaround time is 48hours...?? Can i please have someone in management call me?
