Charging for services not used
Since June 2015 I have been charged for \Packet Switched Data Calls". This is now the fourth month in a row. I have never used the MTN Menu"

Your charges have been validated correct as per the sim serial number provided and usage was generated directly from this sim number.
Please note that besides internet usage your handset can also generate charges via upgrading of data applications and automatic running of same. How ever in your case it shows default browser e.g your emails ,play store and auto updates.
