Charging for in warranty repair / no answer!!!!
Registered my Samsung Galaxy S4 for the warranty (SMS'd REG*IMEI NUMBER# to 34622 or something in that line on the day I received my phone).

The screen broke and I sent in my phone in warranty period. I received an SMS that says \Out Of Warranty Charge / quote R4225.34". Please do explain why am I being charged if its sent in within warranty period?

I try and call the number they provide in the SMS *** - MTN Repair Centre) but all it does is tell me operating hours and then \""Good Bye\"""
