Charging fees on contract phone
My mom booked in her Samsung due to overheating problems at the mtn store in parow centre upper level.

They booked her phone in for repairs and said they dont need contract and papers.

Today we got an sms saying she should pay R 941.22 for repairs + R 330.00 Service charge.

I called the service centre who claims the store booked the phone in as a private repair hence the cost,

The lady at the call centre was so rude and short and not of a concerning nature. I still left the call with so many questions.

I tried calling the MTn store and they never answer.

This is the second Samsung core she received from Mtn with the same problem. She asked them to change the Phone to a different model within her first 7days as she seem to be having a problem with the cores overheating.
They refused and gave another core and now we have the same problem.

The service we are receiving is disgusting and blame being shifted from one to the other. No solutions and constant attitude.

Now we have to foot a bill that's almost the total value of the phone.

Please cancel her contract and take back your phone!
