Charging Double for upgrade and old phone

MTN South Africa , explain to me how do you close a query that hasn’t even been resolved ??? You just referring me from one department to another ??? If I upgraded my contract with you , please tell me how I can pay for my old phone and my new phone ??? I’m not a bank. Explain this too me , and then you tell me I must be patient. How can I be patient if you close my case without resolving it.
