Charges I don't know of

December 2022 I paid my account on the 31 December 2022 debit order of R156.00 went from account, I called Mtn and Sithembiso could not tell what was the charge for. On the 3rd of January 2023 called and got the answer it was for roaming services. I told the lady to cancel it. Yesterday 31 January 2023 I was charged R1156.41 again when I called the extra 156.41 was for roaming services, which I cancelled. Again same Sithembiso checked and told there is no roaming services in account
