Charges for Unsolicited 'Content'

I have been charged over R700 for 'Content' which I never requested. I emailed MTN in November and again in mid-December about this but they never rep****. I have lodged a complaint with MTN so let's see what they come back with. The Service Consultant at Morningside said I had to pay it or my credit rating would be affected. Good attitude. If no progress I guess it's ICASA and CGSO.

Best regards,
That still doesn't answer the question as to how these companies can deduct money from my MTN account without a mandate! Surely they have to submit a signed or authorised debit order to MTN before MTN will accept these debits? Now it is my problem to fight with these renegades. Not good enough. I shall be pursuing this with the regulators.
