CHARGES FOR PACKET SWITCH DATA CALLS AND PROMO SER
I've been to MTN Mimosa Mall on 01/07/2015, after I've received an account for R4097.10... My avarage spend is R8210 p/m. All off a sudden I'm charged for PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS - R2788.37!!!!!! I've also been told, when I upgraded, that the PROMO SERVICE FEE - R332.46, would not be payable no-more, but I still get billed for it! I followed up with Althea, on 06/07/2015, she did not even returned my call, after she promised the previous week, she'll keep me informed into the happenings!!!! I'm depriving my family of food and essentials, since I've been unemployed for 6 mnds already, I can not have my line revoked as I might loose out on an important interview or job offer!!!!! I have already had to borrow money, just to have enough to allow my debit order to go through.... This is unacceptable, I've been a MTN customer for years and even been one of your Yellow Genie members as you us to call it... Now I get this kind of treatment, the moment I'm in trouble!!!! PLEASE ASSIST, I'VE GOT A FAMILY TO SUPPORT AND NEED EMPLOYMENT URGENTLY!!!!! I REALLY NEED MY FUNDS BACK IN MY BANK TO FEED, DRIVE AND OPERATE NORMALLY!!! You depriving me of my rights to be assist promptly!! Thank you!

Kindly be advised that a billing query has been logged requesting for the invoice dated 2015-06-26 to be validated, REQ:***. Also be advised that the data bundle pricing changed as of the 23rd of April 2015, the out of bundle rate increased to R0.99 per MB.
Our system shows that on 2015-03-20, you upgraded to a promotional package for R669.00 including VAT per month for 24 months. This amount includes the MTN Choice 200M Subscription Fee of R254.39 excluding VAT and the Promo Service Fee of R332.46 excluding VAT. The promo service that has been cancelled is for your previous contract which was R244.74 excluding VAT because you upgraded.
