We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We've perused the invoice dated the 1st of October 2015 and we see that you've used 1271.63MB's of data. We can confirm that we've actually undercharged you for the additional data used.
For the total amount of R1271.67MB's we would have charged you R.099 (out of bundle rate) x 1271.63MB's = R1258.91, however we've only charged you R234.58 including VAT. We do also see that you have exceeded your 350 rand value and made calls to the value of R152.75 including VAT.
Please check your zamail address as we've sent you the itemised billing report for the additional charges generated.
